Pietra Porzia agritourism houses a typical Italian restaurant open to the public, perfect for food and wine lovers: our policy is to use 85% of the products coming from our lands or bought in nearby farms. This allows us to offer a true farm-to-table, organic cuisine.
Pietra Porzia is a typical restaurant in Frascati which marries with the tradition of the Castelli Romani area. Here, we offer some ancient recipes of the territory such as the vignarola.
We make country bread with whole wheat of our production. With the same whole wheat, we make homemade pasta, lasagna, and ravioli by using La Monferrina, “the Ferrari of pasta making machines”. We also farm season vegetable. In the restaurant, it is served only the wines that come from the surrounding vineyards
If good weather, we will have antipasto outside on the terrace located in front of the villa, or by the pool. If the air is cold, the restaurant is located inside the Roman villa of Pietra Porzia, where we have done all of our best to maintain the original atmosphere and appearance of a historic house, with its wooden ceiling and its home furnishings elegant details.
